This company is very professional. I had excellent experience with every part of the “Emergency Repatriation Flight”. The entire trip including the bus transportation, flight, food, customer service, were punctual and reliable, and clearly planned out. I felt safe throughout my journey. I highly recommend Lalechet!

This was absolutely SPECTACULAR!!!!! They made the trip super easy, the tour guides are so nice and helpful, and the program literally pays your fee to cross the Egyptian border! Also, they give you food! And it's good food too!! This was so amazing and I couldn't have asked for a better program to go on. Like, I'm seriously trying to find something negative abt this program, but I can't! This was just so amazing! I'm so glad I went on Lalechet, it's so good to be home, even with the airspace over Israel closed!!

The delays were not their fault—United, Delta, and El Al all experience delays and lost luggage as well. The difference with Lalechet is that there is always someone available to speak with. Unlike the major airlines, where it’s nearly impossible to reach a real person, Lalechet is accessible and responsive. Out of roughly 400 passengers, only a few people lost their luggage, and Lalechet worked around the clock to resolve the situation—something you simply don’t see with the major carriers. I highly recommend Lalechet. The service is outstanding, and they are always there to help. People should stop blaming Lalechet for delays caused by the airport or air traffic control, not the airline itself. When El Al, Delta, or United has a delay, you can’t call their office—but with Lalechet, you can. Keep it up, Lalechet! Looking forward to the Pesach season.

Went with a group of 20 people on a Europe trip. Lalechet arraged everything from itinerary to even the candles at the gravesites amd everything in between. Would use again. Special shoutout to Leibish for making the trip amazing.
